著作権侵害事案への対応についてのご報告

このたび国内および海外のECサイトで「The TOMODACHI！」作品の画像が無断で使用され、アパレル商品として販売されている事例が確認されております。

当該事案につきましては、すでに弁護士と協議のうえ、和解金の支払いを含め、解決に向けた適切な法的対応を進めております。The TOMODACHI！のぬいぐるみ作品および公式ライセンス商品は、公式サイト（https://www.the-tomodachi-studio.com/）、公式SNS（https://www.instagram.com/the_tomodachi_）にて案内されている店舗や媒体においてのみ販売しておりますので、公式サイト、公式SNSでご案内した情報以外の店舗やインターネット上で販売されている製品については、購入を控えていただきますようお願い申し上げます。

The TOMODACHI！の作品の著作権はSIOに帰属します。正式な許諾なく、複製・転載・頒布等する行為は法令により禁止されています。

今後も同様の事案が確認された場合には、作家の創作環境を守るため適切な手続きを通じて毅然と対応してまいります。

皆さまにおかれましても、正規の販売ルート以外での購入や、不審な商品を見かけた際にはご注意いただけますと幸いです。

Regarding this matter, we have already consulted with legal counsel and are currently taking appropriate legal measures toward resolution, which include arrangements for a settlement payment.

Official “The TOMODACHI!” plush works and licensed products are sold exclusively through the stores and channels announced on our official website (https://www.the-tomodachi-studio.com/) and our official social media account (https://www.instagram.com/the_tomodachi_)

We kindly request that you refrain from purchasing products sold through other stores or online platforms that are not listed on our official website or social media, as such items may be unauthorized or infringing.

The copyright and all related intellectual property right of “The TOMODACHI!” works belongs to SIO.

Any reproduction, re-posting, distribution, public transmission, or other use without proper authorization is prohibited by law.

If similar cases are identified in the future, we will continue to take appropriate legal action through proper procedures in order to protect the artist’s rights and creative environment.
